Study in Canada | Do I still have a chance to enter university if I am refused admission?

For Grade12 students in Ontario, universities in Ontario have issued all undergraduate admission letters by the end of May. What should I do if I have not received any admission letter from a university or received refused admission for all applications?

Recently, many students came to consult their refused university admission in regard to several reasons. It can be the student did not apply more choices or guaranteed choice at the beginning or apply same program in different universities, etc. Now, if the student is refused admission from all universities, will the student still have any opportunity to enter the university this year?

The answer is YES!!!

Ontario universities provide the opportunity to students who has not received any admission offers from Ontario universities, students have a chance to apply the selected program in universities.

Starting June 5, 2023, Ontario high school students can use the Admission Information Service (AIS) to find possible openings at Ontario universities. Once you find an open program of interest, add it to your OUAC101 application.

Requirements:

• You will be completing or have completed the OSSD (or equivalent), including six 4U/M courses, by August 2023.

• You must have an average of at least 60%, although higher averages are usually required.
